Does the support help with captures to explain what is happening in a .NET web application.

Does anyone know if I can raise a case with the support team to help with going through a capture to help diagnose an ongoing issue that we are currently having.

I don't believe you'll be able to get assistance from support regarding actual use of a working product, support can only really assist with product issues or working with supported technologies. For assistance in use of and or training for any Dynatrace products I would recommend you look at the services offerings or training available on university.dynatrace.com.
