Double email notification for custom incident

Hi all,

I receive twice the email from the same alert when I create a custom incident. Why? Default incidents only send one email.

Same behavior in "end" notifications.

I check one email action with "begin and end" setting only sends one email on "begin" and only one email on "end". That's what everybody can to expect... but I remenber that didn't work fine in 6.5, so I had to set one email action for "begin" and other for "end".

Can someone say if that's a bug?
