Dynatrace 6.5 Webstart client won't expose to custom domain

Hi all

We are trying to expose the webstart client to an open URL in our internal network then any one in our company can access to it. We've try for some ours now and we ran out of ideas.

Here is what we have so far:

Apache configuration

	<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName dyn
ServerAlias dyn.it.lan.com
DocumentRoot /opt/dynatrace
CustomLog /var/log/httpd/dynatrace-access.log combined
ErrorLog /var/log/httpd/dynatrace-error.log
LogLevel warn
RewriteEngine On
RedirectMatch 301 ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST} $1
</VirtualHost>
NameVirtualHost *:443
<VirtualHost *:443>
ServerName dyn
ServerAlias dyn.it.lan.com
DocumentRoot /opt/dynatrace
CustomLog /var/log/httpd/ssl-dynatrace-access.log combined
ErrorLog /var/log/httpd/ssl-dynatrace-error.log
LogLevel warn
SSLEngine on
SSLProtocol All -SSLv2 -SSLv3
SSLCipherSuite HIGH:MEDIUM:!DES-CBC-SHA:!ADH:!EXP:!RC4:!LOW
SSLHonorCipherOrder on
SSLCertificateFile /etc/pki/tls/certs/wildcard.it.lan.com.crt
SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/pki/tls/certs/wildcard.it.lan.com.key
SSLCACertificateFile /etc/pki/tls/certs/calancom.crt
ProxyPass / https://%{HTTP_HOST}
ProxyPassReverse / https://%{HTTP_HOST}
</VirtualHost>

Access log error we are getting

[10/Feb/2017:16:09:48 +0000] "GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 502 401 "https://dyn.it.lan.com/" "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36"

Any ideas of what we are missing are very welcome

Cheers
