We have a requirement in DT stating for one of the incident they do not require alerts to be generated from DT post 6 PM EST every day(i.e, only for one application). So do we have an option to set or disable to stop sending this specific alert post 6 PM EST to morning 12:00 AM EST.
And here you go the incident details "APM-RAC-Apache-WebServer: Web Request Response Time
is too high"
Please let me know incase if we have an option set this from DT client.
Yes, you can set up a scheduled downtime for that alert. To do so, right click on the incident rule (from the Incidents dashlet) and select create downtime. You can then set a downtime to occur each day from 6PM to 12 AM and set the recurrence to daily.

I have a follow up question - If the business hours for example are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, how would I configure downtime to suppress an alert during out of hours Monday - Friday 5pm - 9am and Saturday/Sunday all day?
