Dynatrace Moniotor is making session expired

Hi,

we observed dynaTraceMonitor is making the session expired and observed in the systemout.log.can someone help us in identifying the issue.

getRequestURL=https/.../dynaTraceMonitor

016-12-08 10:29:27,456 ERROR PageHolder - A null value for section name was returned for the page dynaTraceMonitor
2016-12-08 10:29:27,456 ERROR PageHolder - A null section for null was encountered.

forward to kickOff page with a reason=The session is expired.

I suggest you get in touch with our support team by opening a ticket. I assume this has to do with inproper configuraton of the dynaTraceMonitor URL - maybe it is not correctly forwarded and handled by the Dynatrace Agent in your Web or App Server. could also be that not all of your Web & App Servers have a Dynatrace agent installed which means that on those servers with out a dynatrace agent the request is handled by your regular application code. that can lead to a sideeffect like you describe
