1. Dynatrace services are stopped purposely when application server restart is happening to test whether agent instrumentation is disabled.
But surprisingly all the agents got connected fine .
Can anyone explain how it is possible that agent start time 9.32 in agent overview is when dyntarace services are not running that time. Dynatrace services started by 9.44.

Agents restarted 9.32 and got connected to
Note : I wanted to recreate the scenario to confirm that, during the time of agents restart ,dynatrae services down means, agent instrumentation wont happen.
Is my assumption wrong.

That's correct. And when it doesn't find the license (e.g. by not being able to connect to the server as in your case), there won't be any instrumentation. You can verify this in the agent logs.
