Dynatrace Services stopped Automatically - Restart counter exceeded the maximum of 3 restarts in sequence

Hello there,

We are using dynatrace 6.1 hosted on 12GB ram and 8 Core processors.
We faced the issue twice where frontend or server service gets stop automatically.

Found this severe incident:

"Server was offline (unexpected) (- Restart counter exceeded the maximum of 3 restarts in sequence (time delay between restarts less than 60 seconds), exit code: 1638)"

Can anyone suggest what this means?
I am looking forward to raise a support case and also tune dyntrace server.

The logfiles will propably contain some information about why it happened, you can collect the supportarchive via the "System Information" Dashlet and ask Support to take a closer look.
