This product reached the end of support date on March 31, 2021.

Dynatrace UEM is showing browser errors as a "satisfied" visit, when I would expect it to be shown as Frustrated as the visit has failed.


We have identified an issue with a certain browser, and I thought Dynatrace would assist in tracking down the problem. However when the browser errors, the visit is flagged as a "satisfied" visit. I'm confused why the visit is not flagged as Frustrated? And does anyone know what the metric that identifies a visit as Frustrated is if its not an error?

We are currently on an old version 6.1, so out of support, but are in the process of upgrading. But not yet live with the new version as it is undergoing testing.

Any help gratefully appreciated!

There's a number of factors that go into it as opposed to just looking for errors and marking those visits as frustrated.
