Dynatrace client 6.3 - Unable to connect to 6.3 server

Hi all,

I'm having issues with connecting my remote Dynatrace 6.3 client to a Dynatrace 6.3 server. When I try to connect I get back the following message:

I ran a wireshark trace to see if communications were blocked by an intermediate firewall, but this is not the case (see below). The session is established an certificate details are exchanged.

When connecting to the server by using a local client (connecting to 127.0.0.1:2021) all is working fine.

Any idea on what could be the issue here?

Can you access the Web Dashboards on http://yourremotedtserver:9911? or the web admin interface on http://yourremotedtserver:8020?

You may also want to check your frontend server and client logs.
