As you can see my Dynatrace services have started:

Weird thing is I see no data comming from easyTravel while everything is on operating. And according to my client i'm connected to the dynatrace Server. Anything I'm missing?

Hello Ynias,

Open the 'Agents Overview' to see the status of connected agents and also make sure that 'Generated visits' is selected.

Babar

Still nothing. The agents don't connect to my dynatrace server

I just saw the problem is with my collector, it doesn't connect

This came from my collector logfile:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to acquire application service. Ensure that the org.eclipse.core.runtime bundle is resolved and started (see config.ini).

Hello Ynias,

Is this problem with your instance collector or the default one because in the logs it is pointing to config.ini?

Did you configure the unique ports for each collector?

Regards,

Babar

Yeah that was the problem thanks!
