Email Alert not Triggerd

Hi Team,

We have configured 2 Email IDs in incident alert . 1 is active Email ID and 2nd is In-active Email ID.

On incident occurrence Email alert is not getting created .

Please suggest.

Thanks for prompt reply.

We have added email notification plugin,we are also getting emails for Active Email IDs.

But when we configured 1 active and another In-active email ID in combination then Email alert is not getting triggered.

We have unchecked the smart alerting box.

Is there any condition in dynatrace ?

When we add invalid ID we get "550 5.1.1 User unknown".

Incident alerting works when it meets the required Criteria. Now as you mentioned 1 is an in-active email ID, so dynatrace won't trigger alerts its the criteria is not fulfilled.
