Email notification Alert

Email Notification was configured , and was working fine..but from Yesterday No mail alert is going on the configured mail ids . We haven't change any configuration. What can be possible reasons and how can we resolve it.??

Can you check the incident action configuration and verify that the"smart alerting" checkbox is not selected? This will cause a second alert not to go off until the incident was confirmed.

@James K.: Thanks for your quick response. Any other reason or solution ....what can be other possible reasons As incidents are showing properly but email alerts are not going..!!

Hi Mohit,

Are you receiving emails for other incidents? If not, that could indicate a problem with the email server that you have configured in Dynatrace client settings.
