Equal Exceptions have differences in "throwing class" and "throwing method"

Hello,

Why dynatrace split two same messages for Exception Class:

com.incom.**ps.configuration.exceptions.**psException ?

I have the same problem for Exception Class:

oracle.net.ns.BreakNetException ?

How can "Throwing Class" and "Throwing method" be different for alike messages?

Everything good for Exception Class:

org.hornetq.api.core.HornetQException

Thanks.

Hi Pavlo,

my first guess would be that for some of the same exceptions, our logging sensor cannot access the class name nor the throwing method, ending up in "-" those dashes. This is why those lines get split and are not summarized. Interesting question would be, why this data cannot be accessed sometimes. Maybe support can help in this context?

Best regards
Dennis
