Did you mean:

Exclude unwanted Java Web Services

Hi,

Does somebody know a solution like that

https://community.dynatrace.com/community/display/...

for Java Web Service calls. I get a huge amount of Purepath, just containing the Method

org.apache.cxf.jaxws.JaxWsClientProxy.invoke(java.lang.Object proxy, java.lang.reflect.Method method, java.lang.Object[] args), which I don't wanna see.

thx,

Gerald

The product idea is here: https://answers.dynatrace.com/content/idea/130902/...

So - the idea is to exclude certain Web Service Endpoints.

The only idea I had for you is that you try to also instrument the web service tier in front of the web service (if there is one). then you could exclude the PurePaths by URL on the Web SErver Tier and configure the Web Service Sensor with just "active"

that could work!
