Exporting Dashboard to Splunk via cvs or xml (rest)

Goal: Export JVM CPU Load, Memory Utilization, Failed Transactions to Splunk for command center dashboard. I have created a chart and changed the view to table only. I am only showing the measure name and max value in the table fields. I have tried to use rest data input in splunk to access the dashboard as xml via dt rest interface. However, I cannot get the data to spit into events, it just comes in as one chunk and that makes it impossible to associate the value with correct measure.

CSV - so then I decided to export to csv and schedule the report. When I manually run the report, the raw data is perfect, I only get the measure and the max value:

CSV Result manual import
Branch Capture
Level,Measure,Maximum,
1,JVM Availability - BC,20.00,
1,HttpStatusCode,200.00,
1,Web Page Requests,9584.84,
1,Failed Transaction Percentage,0.51,
1,JDBC Connection Pool Percent Used,11.00,
1,Memory Utilization,40.27,

However, when I use a report task to generate, I get all of the individual measure values for every agent the series is pulling the data from in dynatrace. So, Memory Utilization has 20 agents and I just get the max from those values in dynatrace and report that on the dashboard. The export looks like this:

2018-08-17 14:08:40,0.00,
2018-08-17 14:08:50,0.00,
2018-08-17 14:09:00,0.00,
2018-08-17 14:09:10,0.00,
2018-08-17 14:09:20,0.00,
2018-08-17 14:09:30,0.00,
2018-08-17 14:09:40,0.00,
2018-08-17 14:09:50,0.00,
2018-08-17 14:10:00,0.00,

Timestamp - HttpStatusCode,Value,
2018-08-17 14:09:40,200.00,

Timestamp - JDBC Connection Pool Percent Used,Value,
2018-08-17 14:05:20,10.00,

If anyone has any advice on a better way to export these metrics or how to fix my xml / csv issues, please respond.
