Found dtautosensor Thread Dump in SystemOut logs of JVM before it's unresponsive.

After 2 week of dynatrace installation in production.We have seen multiple JVMs are getting unresponsive.

Below symptoms have seen while JVM is unresponsive.

1)Logs are stopped rolling on the JVM.
2)Thread dumps have seen for dynatrace before the issue.
3)Connection closed messages from WAS Default Failure Detection Protocol.
4)We can't stop an unresponsive JVM.We have to kill a JVM thread.

Hi Abhishek,

I would recommend you to open a Support Ticket for this case.

Also if you could attach the logs, so we could take a look on it.

Hey Abhishek,

As Melory asked, can you attach the logs so we can check? If AppMon is instrumenting the method which causes your JVM to become unresponsive, it will certainly be in the thread dump, even though it may not have been the root cause for the unresponsiveness.

Hi Melory/Bett,

I have created support ticket SUPDT-28005 for issue.

All the threads dumps ,application logs and Support archive are attached to same ricket.

Can you download all the required threads dump from the ticket.

Yup, we'll be able to see them there. Will let you know if I see anything.
