Green line flow is not working Properly in Infrastructure Overview

@James K.

Hi James,

The green line flow is not working properly(Red marked in the attached sheet) in Infrastructure Overview-Monitoring Tab. Our Incident Management team is getting confuse as whether the host is actually down or in up stage. All the time we are referring the host categorize(Green marked in the attached sheet) for health status. Please advise.

@James K. we faced the same issue for multiple hosts in different servers. It makes mess for IM Team which we need to resolve this issue as much as possible.

I believe that only goes red if there is a problem, if you go up a layer there should be a different indicator for offline hosts.

@James K. @Kyle K.

Hi Kyle,

It will show us green in all the time and it will turn red whenever the host categories CPU, Memory, Disk and Network breaches the threshold fixed/unhealthy. Now our concern is the green flow is not reflecting the break-point empty in the duration of host offline.

@James K.

Could you please advise on the above request? Once again we faced the same issue in our different server. The host was down but it was not indicated in the green line flow(Red marked in the attachment). Incident Management team is getting mess completely with this issue.
