I am currently using AppMon 7.0 and i want to create an incident on disk storage utilization for each specific file systems, can we do that ?

I have tried creating it but i see hosts performance measure specific attributes tab disabled. Help me out in how to activating it and enable the incidents created for each specific file system.

Thanks,

Teja

Hello @Raviteja E.

The Infrastructure pane of the Dynatrace Server Settings dialog box allows you to configure and manage sites, hostgroups, hosts, and labels applicable to hosts. You can also configure and alerts and their exceptions.

https://www.dynatrace.com/support/doc/appmon/admin...

Have a look on the below link for available Plugins of each system file.

https://community.dynatrace.com/community/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=DL&title=FastPacks+and+Plug...

Also from each system profile you can configure the threshold for disk related incidents.

Babar

@Babar Q.Is there any other way of configuring disk storage utilization for each file system other than going for plugins ?

I have attached screenshot for reference which indicates the hosts performance measure specific attributes tab disabled and i was thinking if we could enable this i can slelect that specific file system and create a incident.filesystem.png

I have created an incident rule for Disk Storage Utilization Measure with specific threshold value. The incident rule is configured to send an email alert when threshold is breached. It is working as expected except the details which comes in the email alert have a very generic message. It doesn't tell me which disk is having the issue, is there any way we can get alert specific to individual disks ? @Babar Q.
