We have email alerting configured for incidents (CPU, Memory, Application process shutdown) both in production and quality. In Quality, alerts are coming in well. In production, we received alerts for some time without any issue. Recently, for the past 2 weeks, we have not been receiving any alerts. We have not changed any configuration settings. Also, there is not user group created. We have only four people to receive alerts, so manually entered email ids both in production and QA. I am attaching log files. However, we could see alerts are being triggered in dynatrace. In the log file, you can see incidents triggered between 08:40 to 09:30AM
Please help us on this issue?

In this situation first of all check whether your SMTP is working accordingly.
In the Email recipient box, enter an email address to verify that your provided SMTP server settings work. Press Send verification email to test.
Secondly check in case the smart alerting is enabled for your alerts.
Smart Alerting: Sends email just once if multiple incidents occur, until the raised incident is confirmed by a user. Otherwise notification goes out for each incident.
