Could you please help us on the below UEM requirement?

User experience: frustrated

Customer wants to know the reason as to why user is frustrated ?.

What is the reason for frustration?

for instance, if user is importing one document and got frustrated. What is the issue behind the import document action?

Please provide steps on how to analyse the issue?

If we can create any dashboard pertaining to this.

Hello @surya s.

Users have a frustrating experience if:


  • Their last action failed (The Web site does not work - I'm leaving.).
  • Their last action was frustrated (The Web site is too slow - I'm leaving.).
  • More than 50% of all actions were frustrating.
