Sangeetha, There's lots of reasons that this type of message could be observed. I would first start by inspecting the earlier parts of the agent log to see if there's any prior issues. I would also inspect the Collector log for any unexpected messages. I would also verify that the Collector is showing up in the Collector list under System Overview.
I see you tagged this post with AppMon7, AND Agent6.2. This is getting quite far apart in versions. If this is true, I would install the v7 agent and see if the problem goes away. If none of these helps, I would open a support case.
