This product reached the end of support date on March 31, 2021.

Hi all,I am not getting any data in collector which captured by the agent. Not seeing any log files which are related to the agent captured application data


We got this error in agent log file.
severe[native] server/collector is unable to send requested agent.
could please tell us the reason why its came.

Sangeetha, There's lots of reasons that this type of message could be observed. I would first start by inspecting the earlier parts of the agent log to see if there's any prior issues. I would also inspect the Collector log for any unexpected messages. I would also verify that the Collector is showing up in the Collector list under System Overview.

I see you tagged this post with AppMon7, AND Agent6.2. This is getting quite far apart in versions. If this is true, I would install the v7 agent and see if the problem goes away. If none of these helps, I would open a support case.
