Hi all,could you tell me that what is the below picture depicts..reg.ALETRS

In web dashboard I could see this message like "No on going Alerts" but when I open this dashboard I am seening one "SEVERE" condition On this particular Transaction.

I want to know that what does it mean and why I am not seeing any message like "one ongoing alert"?

Hi Sangeetha,

The severe alert you are seeing on the timeframe has started and finished in the past, therefore it is not "ongoing" anymore.
If the alerting conditions were still met you would have seen it both on the bar and in the status icon.

Hi Sangeetha,

In case it interests you, if you use the AppMon desktop client, the Incident Chart there may give you a better understanding of when, and if, an incident/alert occured within a given time frame.
