Hello Sangeetha,

Incidents are suppressed during the configured number of seconds after an occurrence, to avoid sending redundant notifications.

Regards,

Babar

Can you please elaborate on this? I am not getting any mails but those I could see in client. What could be the problem? How to calculate suppression period?

Hello @Sangeetha M.

Incident suppression means that once the incident triggered then it will not triggered again even though in between number of violations occurs.

As I mentioned you in one of your other post that check the smart alerting for that incident and also make sure your email configuration is still working.

You can do a test to check the email functionality.

Babar
