Facing a strange issue. I am able to see historical data on web dashboard but when I search for historical data in client like a specific purepath occurrence for last 30 days. I see no data. Since there is data in web dashboard, the data is being stored in warehouse. Not,sure why is it not populating in client under visits or purepaths.
Is there a specific way to fetch historical data for purepaths or visits in purepaths dashboard in client form performance warehouse.
PurePaths data does not store in the PWH but it stores in the Session Storage. Only the metrics data store in the PWH as an aggregated form from 1 minutes to daily.
Just check the following to confirm that how long you have PurePaths/Live Data:
Right click on your profile and select details to check that how long you have PurePaths/ Live Data.
Open the dynaTrace Server from the settings and select the storage to check the Enable continues transaction storage is checked mark or not.
