Hot Sensor Placement result for Agent 'xxxx': skipped, because agent was not (fully) connected

Hello,

I want to use the Hot Sensor Placement, because we cannot restart the apllication server in production environment.

If try "Agents Overview / Context Menu / Hot Sensor Placement" the message appears.

The agents are connected. On details view I can see "Connected (Hot Sensor Placement available)".

What can be the root cause of that message. Where can I have a look to check the "not (fully) connected" issue?

I think there is network problem between collector and agent. While hot sensor placement collector is making class browsing, instrument classes and return them. If there is firewall between agent and collector it can be like on your example. You have to be sure that network is ok.

If there is no firewall between them, take log from agent and put it here.
