Can someone explain what I'm obviously missing.
The Monitoring of Suspension time caused by Garbage Collection. The Alert rule states
"If the process spends more than 15.0% of it's execution time in Garbage Collection the process is considered unhealthy"
On a particular Web Sphere Application Process dashboard for a Websphere JVM/Clone that's drilled down to from the Monitoring Transaction Flow dashboard. I can see for a 24 hr time frame where each bar in the chart represents 15 mins that GC Caused Suspension time took 141 seconds. This is greater than 15% of 15 mins (900 seconds). But AppMon is still showing the process as healthy.
Why is this?
