Our HTTP Tagged Web Request Support currently doesnt work for pure Web Service calls where the PurePath starts on the Web Service Layer. Our Tagging Support works on Servlet Layer as well as on the Web Server Layer. Any chance that you do have a Web Server (Apache, IIS, NGINX ...) in front of your application server that hosts that web service? if so - try to instrument it with a Dynatrace Web Server Agent. That will start the PurePath on the Web Server and will correctly detect the HTTP Header
