How to add up time taken by different purepaths which defines a usecase?

HI,

I have a use case where user has to navigate through two pages sequentially and have a submit at each page. Each submit triggers a purepath. I want to sum up these purepath response time so that i can find out how much time the entire process has taken.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Harin

If you use UEM (=User Experience Management) you can create a Visit-based Business Transaction and sum up these times using a Result Measure that returns the response time of these "Submit" Actions. That is the only way I can think of to make this work

Feel free to export a Visit and attach the data to this forum post or send it to me via my "Share Your PurePath" program - http://bit.ly/sharepurepath - happy to look at it

Thanks Andreas for your input.

Can we really add up the response times of two different purepaths in Results? I know we can show it separately.

Sorry for the late reply. If you can define a single Result Measure that matches both PurePaths, e.g: Response Time of Actions containing "Submit" then the answer is YES.
