How to deactivate in offline environment(DT6.5)

Hi,

This is Ryotaro.

I want to know How to deactivate in offline environment(DT6.5)and the restriction.
I tried deactivate on our test environment,but following message appeared
error while deactivating the license, the internal error message was: this token has already been used

I got The new license file from the website(self-service) on that day.
I'm not sure why the error message appeared.

Hello Ryotaro,

Could not understand the exact requirement but you can manage your activation/deactivation/up-gradation from the eservices portal, if you were asking for the same.
