How to define Incidents

We have some dashboards in AppMon working properly, showing us some metrics.

We have defined some Incidents under System Profile for some Response Time's thresholds using those metrics. When applied, in the Dashboards we don't see all the values showed before, only those metrics that reach the value. How can we separate it to send an email if a threshold is reached, not disturbing what is showed in the DB's? That is, we want to see all the values for this metric in the DB (not only those afected why the threshold), and send and email when a threshold is reached.

Hello @Monica S.

The best practices are to use different measures for dashboarding and incidents because if you change thresholds in a measure, it will affect all incident rules which are using this measure. When you need the same measure with different thresholds, create a copy of it, and set the new thresholds there.
