How to enable PHP7 in AppMon May 2017

Hi,

I am unsure, how to enable PHP 7 in AppMon May 2017.

I was able to start the Apache in OneAgent-Mode, but the configuration for PHP seems to be ignored.

Do I have to add
phpagent.server = https:// host address>:8041/

in the ini, described here: https://community.dynatrace.com/community/display/...

I didn't found any other documentation for it.

Regards,

Jan

Is the machine running PHP linux? Currently PHP 7 is only supported on linux.

You can find the detailed steps on how to install the PHP agent here in the documentation.

Hi Patrick,

thank you for your reply.

The machine is running on linux and I activated the OneAgent as described in your documentation, but there is no PHP-Agent connecting.

I also can't found any referencing so-file in the actual 7.0 installation.

I have no idea, how to get further here.

Regards,

Jan

So the .so file rederenced in the documentation is not there on you machine? Are you sure you have installed the correct agent version?

I have managed to get the agent to connect by adding Apache_Web_Server_httpd to the system profile agent mapping. Now trying to find out how t oiveride this setting.

You can set the name of the webserver in the dtwsagent.ini
