We have an incident type which occurs usually at the midnight hours like 02.00 am, it triggers an incident email which is good but sometimes monitoring team ignores it and we are aware of it when we get back to work at 09.00 am. So is it possible to set repetitive emails for this type of a scenario?
Incident is a continuous one, so occurs once and stays at the same status until the operation team intervenes.
To the best of my knowledge, this is not possible in AppMon. What you can try is to use the warning and severe thresholds to send two notifications as the problem gets worse.
More important than the multiple alerts though is ensuring that the monitoring team knows the importance of those alerts. If they are severe enough to require immediate action that should be communicated with them so they work on those with a higher pirority.
