Hi All,

We are getting disk space alerts for lower bound threshold 20% for all the hosts.

My question is

1.All the NFS file systems are under monitoring?

2.How to find the files which is of big size.

Thanks & regards

HI Karthi,

All the NFS file systems are under monitoring?

Yes, all the disks or partitions with appropriate permissions will be monitored. You can navigate to the OOTB dashboard and Click on the Hosts > Double Click on any Host > In this refer the Disks Dashlet.

How to find the files which is of big size?

You can use command prompt (batch) or shell :

forfiles /P D:\ /M *.* /S /D +"01/17/2012" /C "cmd /c if @fsize gtr 209715200 echo @path @fsize @fdate @ftime"

Linux: It lists all files that has size bigger than 1G

find / -xdev -type f -size +1000M

It stands for 'Out-of-the-box' Dashboards which are readily avaibale for use.

Hi Rajesh,

Thank you for the reply.

Will you please post me the link for getting OOTB dashboards. I could not find any.
Does it need any configurations internally.

Thnaks & regards

To access the OOTB view that Rajesh is suggesting, select the Monitoring tab in the upper right corner of your client. Then follow his directions (Click on hosts....)
