How to get the incidents from a locally stored session

Hi!

What is the preferred way to acquire the incidents from a locally saved stored session file.

Thanks.

Hello,

You should be able to import the session into your Dynatrace client. Then it should show up in the left section/cockpit under offline sessions. From there you can treat it like a typical session where it has the system profiles and the incidents dashlet.

Thanks,

Sorry my question was not correct.

So I would need the incident data in xml or json format from the stored session (locally stored or remotelly stored in the dt server)

Is it possible?

Oh okay, this should be possible as well. When you export a system profile, you end up with an xml file on your local machine. You can open that xml and search for "incidentrules", this section of the document will have a list of all the incidents that were defined for that system profile.

Could you tell me which xml tag or attribute shows me whether this incident was fired or not. Thanks so much
