Hi Team,

We are using Dynatrace(App mon) 7.0.

This requirement is pertaining to Cognos. Agent deployment has already done (by third party). There are four JVMs in total . On two JVMs, agents have been deployed. So, customer wants to identify the two agents on which the agents are already deployed.

Please help us on how to identify the JVMs.

Thanks&Regards

Siva

Hi Siva,

Open the Agents Overview dashlet which will show you all connected agents. Then, click on the agent you want to inspect, and the lower half of the dashlet will update with details of that specific process including classpath of the JVM and command line args.

Best regards,

Radu

Thank you Radu

Hi Siva,

Login to the server and execute the command # ps -ef | grep dt . This command will list the JVM process and with the process id on which the Dynatrace Appmon agents are injected.

Ravi Kumar
