My customer installed dtServer and found the server host name is shown as 'localhost' in dtClient and 'localhost.localdomain' in email notification. I tried to refer to following topic to replace all 'localhost' to the real FQDN in .ini and .xml files in dtServer installation directory.
But after restarting 'Dynatrace Server' service the contents of .ini and .xml files are changed to original localhost again.
Is there any method to modify dtServer hostname without reinstalling it? Thanks.
