How to resolve my problem when I you Trial key for appmon " does not consume a license; Agent did not match system profile"

What are my broblem? but my expire date is ok. please help me. Thank you

Do you have proper system profile with configured agent mappings that matches your agent names? To consume license Dynatrace has to know what kind of agent is, what sensor should be placed and this information is stored in agent group in system profile:

If you have system profile best option for adding new groups is right click on system profile -> add tier and going through wizard. But after this you have to check if agent mapping is matching agent name. If not agent will not connect.
