How to upgrade the license?

Hi,

i want to upgrade the license from 6.3 to 7.0 version but once i log to the license portal i see no licenses to upgrade to. How can i upgrade it(its a PRODUCTION environment)?

It looks like others in your account are the only ones with access to manage those. I expect you will need to open a License Management (SUPLIC) ticket in the support portal to resolve this.
