I am getting error as 'Errors occurred during post processing', Not enough memory on Dynatrace client for post processing.

I also changed the heap size in config files 'dtanalysisserver' and 'dtclient.ini.template' still getting same issue. Using offline session in Dynatrace trial version.

Are you using AppMon Rich Client or Java Webstart Client?

The template doesn't affect your client it is just a template. In your user directory there should be a .Dynatrace directory where the real dtclient.ini that has any impact will be located. The settings Babar noted should change that as well.
