I'm a new UEM user, before my company have UEM volume license, I just analyze a slow transaction by purepath and I see on the purepath tree, which the method take a long response time.
My question is, when I see frustrated visits in Dynatrace Web UI, I can't analyze this frustrated visits.
For example below screenshot
When I click "Show visit details", it show as below capture. It show 1 action "Loading of page /corp/common2/login.do" with user action duration 17.4 s
And then I click "Show waterfall", there are 4 purepaths that contain in "Loading of Page /corp/common2/login.do"
When I click Analyze all purepaths, it just shown as below
I don't know how to analyze why this user action is so long with 17.4 s, but from 4 purepaths are fast in response time.
