I have configured Dynatrace agent on our App machine. However I am not able to see the agent in Dynatrace client?

You might want to take a look at the troubleshooting guide:

TroubleShooting Guide - Agent Problems

Likely you have no collector/servoer communication or similar.

I think you can do some verifications:

1 - If there are a connection problem (ex. firewall block) between the client and the collector onde the configureted port (default 9998)

2 - For host health see the agent archive (...)\dynatrace-X.Y.Z/agent/conf/dthostagent.ini configuration is correct

3 -  If the app server software (apache, tomcat etc) was restarted

4 - See the 'Agents Overview'. If the agent is connected but not in a profile (for configuration reasons) you will see there
