This product reached the end of support date on March 31, 2021.

I have configured parameter "ImpactedEntities":"[ImpactedEntities]" in Custom payload section while setup problem notification , but i always get hardcord value "[ImpactedEntities]" rather than vaurious entities which are impacted ??

So my doubt is how can i configure "ImpactedEntities": in custom payload so that i received the exact entity affected by the problems. ??

In order to pull in the impactedEntites from a custom integration you need to reference it like "impactedEntities": {ImpactedEntities}
