Created dynatrace app in free trial and integrated dynatrace mobile agent in iOS application. I am not able to see the crashes in crashes title, its iOS 13 and xcode 11.3.1, do I need to configure any additional settings in plist to get the crash reports, my plist is below:

<key>DTXApplicationID</key>

<string>5be96204-4048-4666-a696-252e5fd666f2</string>

<key>DTXBeaconURL</key>

<string>https://bf08691ofu.bf.dynatrace.com/mbeacon</string>

I assume you tested it with the iOS Simulator? When a debugger is attached the crash is caught and not reported - you either need to detach the debugger when testing crashes with the simulator or start the app on simulator directly, not from within Xcode.
Also the user privacy snippet from the instrumentation wizard needs to be applied for testing - if no privacy level is set, nothing will be reported.
And you might want to remove your application ID and beacon url from your post if you do not want others to send their agent data there for fun...
