If the license expired for Dynatrace AppMon and later the new license was installed, will teh agents require a restart to connect?

Coz Im not seeing any agents on Client after applying new license. Just wondering if thats related to license applied too late.

It would depend if instrumentation was already enabled or not if so then you should be fine if not then yes you would require an app restart.
