Karthik, AppMon does not send continual emails for a problem that persists. This would certainly be considered excessive and obnoxious by most of our customers.
Have you considered integrating AppMon alerting into another alerting management system? Most of our customers already have an alert management system and as such appreciate the value of the integration, rather than looking for their Monitoring solution to be a full Alerting/ticketing system.
