If you open your Incidents DAshlet - might there be any other Host Disk Unhealthy Incidents still open?

Another thing that you can check is whether you have a suppression time frame in the incident definition. There is an option to set an amount of time for the incident to be suppressed after the incident has ended, this could be affecting your alerting as well.

Thanks,

Hello Tarun,

Are you sure that after confirmed the incident there was another violation to trigger the incident?

Are you not receiving the incident in the incident dashboard or you are talking about email?

If you are talking about email then check whether 'Smart Alerting' is enabled and if it is enabled then disable it to receive the alerts on every violation of the configured threshold .

Regards,

Babar
