Incident rule is not working

Hi Team,

We have created an incident rule that should trigger if it exceeds the count of 50. Then we have added that incident rule to a chart to show the traffic light. The incident got triggered and was there about some one hour. Then even after the occurence of that after some 3 to 4 hrs the traffic light is showing still red and it is not turning to green till now. why?

What is the timeframe of the dashboard/dashlet?

Can you reduce the timeframe e.g. last 30 min or 1 hour etc. to verify the behaviour?

We have given like 30min..it is working fine from past many days. But today it is working like that? what will be the reason?

Is there any filter enabled on the dashlet for the timeframe?

Close the Dynatrace Client and then open to check the effect.

I have checked and got to know that one incident which triggered yesterday night did not end till now even after the count was below than threshold. Why this type of cases happen?
