How can I create an incident which emulates "Response time degraded" (RTD) incident?
RTD incident doesn't let to add one email action for the begin and other for the end, or more important for us, to add one SNMP action for the begin and other for the end... custom incidents let it.
However, custom incidents let add different conditions, as BTs (that likes to us), don't let to use baseline as RTD incident does; only absolute thresholds values defined into BTs are considered to rise the alert or not (that doesn't like to us).
Any idea? Thanks.
unfortunately you can't create similar incidents and you can't modify the existing ones, so what you describe is the current state of the product and I don't know of any workaround.
