Install is not possible



After Dynatrace partner came and created some profiles it is not possible to add another agent:


The following Agents are reporting problems: Intertech.RetailDashboard.Host[Intertech.RetailDashboard.Host]@s0134ifapp23:11628: Instrumentation disabled since the agent was not mapped into an agent group


We rebooted 17 times as per Dynatrace request, but the problem is not resolved.

Please delete the dynatrace system profile the partner created so that you only have the default "Monitoring" profile available in Dynatrace. This Profile will pick up every agent upon restart that doesn't match a customized rule (as in any profiles the partner created) and you should be all set with monitoring.

It seems you ended up with a messy situation and obviously have a very bad experience with dynatrace - based on these postings and the email exchange we also have. Let us know if you can delete the System Profile that the partner created so that in the end the only two system profiles you should have left in your dynatrace installation is the "Self-Monitoring" and "Monitoring". From that point on every agent that you connect will automatically map to the Monitoring System Profile

If you dont know how to do this let us know. Maybe the best is to either get the partner involved again or we figure out a way to do a quick WebEx with you

it would be nice and best option to work together to analyze what the issue is indeed.
